First song I ever wrote. As the story goes, on my first terrifying night of boarding school as a pre-pubescent high-schooler I had little in common with my roommate. After the first long and grueling day we lay down in bed with little to say to each other, but when I leaned down from my bunk bed and switched off the lights we were met with a ceiling full of glow in the dark, stick-on stars. That started the conversation that started a very long friendship.
